Shipping policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before they ship. Because each drop is limited-run, processing times may run slightly longer during a new release — we'll flag that on the product page if so.

Shipping time Once your order ships, standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Domestic shipping only At this time, we ship within the United States only. If that changes, we'll update this policy.

Order tracking Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package. If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, contact us within 7 days at chris@thirtyfivetolife.com so we can look into it.

Lost or delayed packages We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once a package has shipped, but we'll help you file a claim or work toward a resolution if your order is lost or significantly delayed.

Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute a package once it's shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address will need reshipping fees covered by the customer.
