These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Thirty-Five To Life website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

Who we are Thirty-Five To Life is a solo-owned apparel business based in Shawnee, Kansas. You can reach us at chris@thirtyfivetolife.com or 913-617-9820.

Products and availability We sell limited-run apparel drops. Once a drop sells out, that item may not be restocked. We reserve the right to limit quantities per order or per customer, and to discontinue any product at any time.

Pricing All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing; if an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and acceptance Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or product information, or inability to verify payment. If we cancel an order after payment, you'll receive a full refund.

Payment Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details.

Shipping and returns See our separate Shipping Policy and Refund Policy for details on delivery timing, returns, and exchanges.

Intellectual property All designs, logos, product photography, and site content are the property of Thirty-Five To Life and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thirty-Five To Life is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Johnson County, Kansas.

Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
